ABchimie will exhibit the ABchimie746E UV LED, VOC-free, dual-cure conformal coating which enables two different systems of curing. The first one is using a UV dose that cures all visible surfaces and the second one is using moisture contained in the air which enables curing under component if you have some flowing.
ABchimie 42K UV, UL94V0 is a high viscosity product (42,000 cps) which has the ability to create dams to avoid flowing in forbidden areas or specific protection on sensitive component by bonding a deposit. Application can be done with a valve. The thickness applied is usually 1 to 5 mm.
